MY THOUGHTS:

I love psychological thrillers and I really wanted to like this one. The style is fast-paced, so that was one of the reasons why I kept reading. I also wanted to see whether the twist I had already predicted wouldn’t happen. But it did. So I felt really disappointed.

The ending is just ridiculous and made me feel like the author had been laughing at me all the time. Like when you watch a movie and then realize it was all a dream. No, in this case we don’t have the dream thingy, but you know what I mean. Absurd and completely disappointing.

Also, dear authors, stop using mental health issues as devices for your thrillers. Mental illnesses are a serious matter and shouldn’t be banalized.

Anyhow, for all of that, I give this book… 2 TEA CUPS!
