BLURB:

When you read this book, you will make many assumptions.
You will assume you are reading about a jealous ex-wife.
You will assume she is obsessed with her replacement – a beautiful, younger woman who is about to marry the man they both love.

You will assume you know the anatomy of this tangled love triangle.
Assume nothing.

Twisted and deliciously chilling, Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen’s The Wife Between Us exposes the secret complexities of an enviable marriage – and the dangerous truths we ignore in the name of love.

MY THOUGHTS:

I cannot really tell much about this book without revealing spoilers. So I will just say that it was disappointing, to say the least. The masterful twists the authors announce and promise in the blurb are predictable and, in my opinion, way too many as to make sense or keep track. Actually, it makes the whole plot sound really ridiculous.

If you want to read about one more wife who is scorner (or is she?) and husbands who are not what they seem to be, go ahead. If you, just like me, are tired of this kind of stories, you may want to skip this one.

Anyhow, for all of that, I give this book… 2.5 TEA CUPS!
